Abstract:

China’s Internet Yearbook has high publishing value,  such as preservation of history,  revision
history,  scholarship,  governance promotion. In line with the principle of service for reality, complete in
contents, scientific system, facilitate to access, China's Internet Yearbook could set up the columns including
the annual development situation, important documents and articles, the annual development review, regional
development review, major activities and the annual project, laws and regulations, advanced model, Internet
memorabilia, basic data, international data, annual book and argument, the appendix and index and so on. In
the aspect of compiling organization, it is necessary to do well in many aspects, such as clearing publishing
ideologies, straightening out the system and mechanism, strengthening the construction of institutions and
compiling team, improving the timeliness, operating the full media and full copyright, carefully selecting and
writing entries, optimizing the performance, practice of social responsibility, and doing a good job in marketing.
